The History of Pilates

Developed over 75 years ago, by Joseph Pilates, pilates is a mind body exercise that will strengthen the weak and challenge the strong. It is a series of exercises that are done on a mat or using dedicated equipment such as the reformer. Pilates non-impact technique focuses on core strength, a critical yet much overlooked aspect of physical fitness.
