Upon joining, each of our members can schedule a FREE goal setting session with our Director of Training to discuss their goals and how they can best achieve them at Boston North. We believe that everyone should be able to experience the benefits of an active lifestyle, and our team of professionals works with our members to assist them by recommending safe exercise methods that fit their needs. Our members have access to injury screenings by appointment only with a licensed physical therapist who can provide advice on proper training techniques and workout modifications to accommodate chronic pain, lingering injuries, or acute concerns.
