Cancelation Policy

In order to lessen the number of no-shows, we will begin charging $10 to members who book a spot and do not show up or cancel their class reservation. No-shows prevent other members from participating in classes. Our cancelation policy is a preventative measure to ensure fairness for all members.

Unenrollment/canceling must be made via the Choice Fitness app at least one hour before the start of class to avoid being charged. Because space is limited, this will allow members who didn’t get a spot a window of time to secure any vacancies.

Members can pre-enroll for classes via the Choice Fitness app 24 hours in advance, up until the class start time. When arriving for classes, members must get a ticket from the kiosk.

It is mandatory to get a ticket from the kiosk for your class regardless of pre-enrollment. Without the ticket, the system will automatically mark you as a no-show and you will be charged.

Team Training Class Descriptions

 
 

Choice Burn is a high intensity interval format focused on conditioning and fat burning. This class is programmed with more work time, and less rest in-between sets. This class is for anyone looking to maximize fat-loss and cardiovascular strength.

Choice Strength is an interval based class designed to focus on anyone that wants to lose weight, tone or increase strength. This class is comprised of functional movements and progressive weight training.

 

Choice Extreme is built upon high intensity interval training catered to those looking to lose weight, improve overall cardiovascular fitness and tone muscle. This class is a step up from Burn and is comprised of trainer made exercises.

Medium to high-intensity exercises working your upper body using light weights; legs, abs, and cardio, as well. Work with a partner learning basic boxing combinations and getting a great cardio workout while having fun!

Group X Classes are a great way to exercise in a friendly and upbeat atmosphere! We offer a variety of options with classes like Barre and Power Yoga, to Les Mills' BodyPump and Kickboxing.

 

Class Descriptions

 

AGELESS
Stay as young as you feel! Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and functional activity. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and is a great choice for first timers, prenatal clients, those coming off an injury and especially those with more experience at life!

ASANA YOGA
This class is about creative flows, drawing attention to alignment and foundational asanas to restore, relax, and cleanse the mind and body. Temperature for the room is warm. Appropriate for all levels.

BARRE / BARRE BOOTCAMP
An effective full body workout focusing on creating a strong, lean and toned body. Deep muscle-toning movements along with cardio interval segments for a heart pumping, sweat inducing, amazing workout that translates into functional strength and a beautiful physique. Appropriate for all levels.

BODYCOMBAT
High energy martial arts inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn mega calories. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira, and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ.

GENTLE FLOW YOGA / HATHA YOGA
Reshape your mind and body with this gentle approach of blended yoga to improve flexibility, strength, and breathing techniques. Wonderful for all fitness levels.

HIIT
High intensity interval training to take your training to the next level! Appropriate for all levels as intensity is participant controlled.

KICKBOX
Jab, cross, hook, kick your way to a stronger you. Cardio, strength, sweat and fun. Appropriate for all levels.

Les Mills Barre
Classic balletic training with modern music. This class is designed to shape and tone postural muscles and build core strength. Les Mills Barre is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small ROM movements and very light weights. Appropriate for all levels.

Les Mills Bodybalance
Yoga based class that will improve your mind, body and life. Also includes elements of Pilates and Tai Chi.

Les Mills Bodypump
BODYPUMPTM is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Les Mills CORE
CORETM is an intense 30 minute core training workout designed to tighten and tone your midsection in the shortest amount of time possible. The class utilizes your body weight, free weights, and resistance tubing to challenge your balance, coordination and improve your functional strength.

PILATES / CORE FUSION
Increase flexibility with dynamic movements that restore balance to the core muscles. Define every single inch of your body.

POWER / VINYASA YOGA
A more vigorous, athletic approach to yoga using flowing poses that are linked to breath. Classes are diverse and vary with the instructor.

Spinning
Get ready to burn major calories, increase energy and endurance, and boost your metabolism! Classes are terrain based and focus on cadence and effort zones. HIIT work, climbs and sprints set to great music make for an unpredictable ride that is both fun and challenging. MyZone monitor, towel and water are recommended.

STEP
Classic! An intense calorie burning class with emphasis on the lower body. Knowledge of basic STEP choreography elements is helpful. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

STILLNESS YOGA
In this class, students will experience a complete reboot to their day. Designed to reinvigorate the mind and body, this session will start with some gentle stretching followed by meditation. Whether as a post workout recovery or as a well-deserved break from the daily grind, Stillness Yoga is sure to leave you energized.  Room temperature. Appropriate for all levels.

STRONG by Zumba
Bootcamp/HIIT class where participants train to the beat. Fun, challenging and doable. Modifications for all fitness levels!

TABATA
A metabolic conditioning class that will push you to your limits! Features 20 second high intensity intervals followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times for a round. Appropriate for all fitness levels as intensity is participant controlled.

TOTAL BODY
Functional strength training for a total body workout! Appropriate for all levels!

Zumba / Zumba Gold
Take the “work” out of workout with this feel-happy fusion of Latin and World rhythms. Interval training for a calorie burning dance fitness party. Exercise in disguise! Class participants of any level can start with Zumba. We also offer Zumba Gold. Prepare to move and be moved!

Prana Hot Yoga

Our Prana Hot Yoga Studios in North Andover and Chelmsford are open at full capacity!

Prana Hot Yoga is now part of the Choice Fitness Group X program and is included with a Choice Fitness Platinum Membership along with many other yoga classes offered at our Haverhill, Chelmsford, Lowell, North Andover, and Methuen East locations.

All new enrollments will be done at a Choice Fitness location and all class enrollments/sign-ups can be done using the Choice Fitness App

Prana Class Descriptions

Prana Breathe & Flow Yoga
Focusing on power of breath awareness while stretching and strengthening the entire body. Class will move through creative sequences including sun salutations, standing and seated postures, twists, and hip openers with intention to integrate mind, body and breath. Each class provides modifications. All levels are welcome.

Prana Gentle Flow Yoga
A gentle approach blending various styles of yoga to improve flexibility, strength and breathing techniques in a warm environment. Reshape your mind and body. Appropriate for all levels of fitness.

Prana HIIT Pilates
It all starts with the core. Build a rock solid core with innovative exercises that help you achieve better agility, power and posture, while reducing your waist line. This workout blends Pilates principles with HIIT and is performed in a heated studio. Strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health.

Prana Hot Core Fusion
Prana Hot Core Fusion combines key elements of stress reduction and bodywork. Exercises are based on strengthening the core muscles while also increasing total body strength and flexibility Class participation focuses on low impact but high intensity exercise. Body awareness and alignment modifications are given so all levels of fitness can benefit.

Prana Hot Power Yoga
This class will study the basics with emphasis on alignment extension, and compassionate awareness of the body in postures, breathing techniques and brief meditation, working towards several yoga posture flows with variations to support different levels. Appropriate for all.

Prana HIIT Vinyasa
A heated, more vigorous, athletic approach to yoga using flowing poses that are linked to breath. Classes are diverse and vary with the instructor.

Prana Restorative Flow
This gentle flow class will focus o relaxation through a slow paced practice that features calming poses with an emphasis on breath work, flexibility, stability and strengthening without intensity. Class will end with supported restorative poses for full body relaxation.

Prana Slow Flow Yoga
This class will study the basics with emphasis on alignment, extension and compassionate awareness of the body in postures. Using inner focus, meditation, and breathwork to work into yoga posture flows. Variations will be taught to accommodate all fitness levels.

Prana Yoga Fusion
