Unleash your inner swan in this fitness class. No Rhythm or dance experience required! Come let loose while rocking out to some great tunes. Lift, lengthen, tone and define! Target and work all your favorite muscle groups, inner & outer thighs, seat abs, arms and of course; CORE! Think tiny pulsing movements. Posture is KEY, so if you love your spine, you’ll love this class!

This strength class combines the fundamental principles of ballet to sculpt and lengthen, with calorie burning cardio segments for total body conditioning.

Yes, you should do this! A hybrid class designed to bring awareness to your core. Do you really know how to engage your core? Can you activate your glutes, are they strong? We'll use the barres, mini balls, and your own body to create balance, stability, flexibility, and mobility! All levels are welcome. Bare feet or sticky socks are recommended.
Combination workout to get you in the best shape ever! This class will combine cardio drills, strength training & plyometric. There will be challenging segments of cardiovascular work, muscle conditioning, and other athletic drills to ensure a complete total body workout.
Dynamically flow from one posture to the next with us. BNF Flow Yoga consists of an energizing sequence with a focus on stamina, strength, and breath. The flowing movements may sometimes be combined with some longer holds of certain postures. Except an experience of a sense of fluid motion, relaxation, and internal warmth. All levels are welcome.
