A quicker pace and knowledge of the Pilates repertoire is a must. Please speak to one of the trainers to be cleared for this class. Clients in an intermediate class need no assistance and know the proper setup exercises.

Come let loose while rocking out to some great tunes. Lift, lengthen, tone and define. Target and work all your favorite muscle groups, inner and outer thighs, seat abs, arms and of course; CORE. Increase balance, flexibility, coordination, posture and have a little fun too!
Jump Board is a fast paced Reformer workout that keeps your heart rate up while building and toning your body as only Pilates can. The class puts special emphasis on the Reformer's Jump Board to keep you in constant motion and energized from start to finish.
Alternate between Jump Board and Tower for a 360° workout. You'll burn fat as well as align your body and connect to your mind for strength, flexibility, and agility.
This class is suitable for students who are generally comfortable with some Pilates experience. A challenging workout; resistance bands for upper body and upper body strengthening; gain balance, coordination and flexibility; exercises based on the core Pilates principles with attention to proper breathing and form.

We embrace the original techniques of Joseph Pilates and his original "contrology". Spring work will improve joint flexibility and range of motion as well as give you a great full body workout!
The aim of "springs" is to make Pilates more accessible. Using clear language and fast paced, simple movement rather than following the classical repertoire used in our other classes.
Springs is simpler in choreography and has less moving parts so you can get a great workout no matter what your fitness level is!
